Overall an ok tour, but the guide stumbled a lot during tour and struggled to stay focused. Anyhow the tour started 30+ minutes late. It does state this info on the tickets, but would have been nice to know since we were already running behind. Once that part was settled, we made our way to the bar at Circa just to be told at least one person in each party would need to secure a Player’s Card before they could give us our drinks. Once we arrived, we had to wait well past the start time because they did not have the capability to check us in or print our tickets (one for tour and two others for the complimentary before and after drinks). But actually that didn’t end up mattering. Luckily we left ourselves plenty of time to arrive. There are few real directions on where you are supposed to go to check in for the tour.
